Rabitabank offers mortgage credits allocated through the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund on more favorable conditions for everyone who wants to buy a house!

Ordinary mortgage credits are issued at 8% per annum to the employees of the enterprises corresponding to the list of companies receiving salaries from Rabitabank OJSC or approved by the relevant committee of the Bank.

On preferential terms, you can obtain mortgage credits up to 100.000 AZN at 4% per annum for a period of 30 years. Mortgage credit shall be formalised on the most favorable conditions and promptly within only 10 business days after submitting the required documents for formalisation.
